Some observations
"We can brainstorm a dozen, maybe two dozen courses and skills that people could come here to learn."
"We've paid for the rent.  The building is empty on weekends.  What could we do with the space?"

Costs per student $2 per hour to come into the building.  $1 for each 30 minutes. Let's cover the cost of air conditioning and the lights.
The teachers are paid directly.   The teachers give a percent to the school.

We include three walnuts, or three almonds or three pistachios to each person in the building every hour.   If you stay for an hour, you also get two free pens.  Please leave one pen somewhere to spread the word about our lovely weekend school.
